On April 6 2025 Floyd Robin Ichinose passed away at the age of 94. Born in Honolulu to William and Florence Ichinose. Services were on June 28th 2025 at Blessed Sacrament  Catholic Church. 

I am have been in contact with a gentleman in Japan from the hometown of Yoshigoro. and he has been helping me by doing a little groundwork and research. His name is  Harry Otaguro and he has been more than helpful. It has been very hard to get information but he has been trying for several months and even though there has been no "Wow" finds he has been making slow progress and I feel that eventually we will discover some family history of Yoshigoro's history. From my copy of the koseki I have of Yoshigoro's family he has accumulated multiple families living very near Yoshigoro's original home address with the Name Ichinose. many do not want to share info but a few have been very willing. More to Come....

Koichi "K" Ichinose, Yoshigoro's oldest son, had 3 chldren with a woman named Jacqueline. Kay and Jacqueline divorced and Kay raised the 3 children. One was Aloma who I have info on Kay's Page.

Aloma Married Michael Gruskoff who was a movie producer and they had 3 children. I currently got in touch with one of the children in California, a lady named Jennifer and soon we are setting up a phone call to discuss Aloma's life, her being raised by her father Koichi (Kay) and other info. Now one thing I found out was that it si probable that Koichi was not Aloma's biological Father although he raised her and Aloma did not know this until later in her life.
