Calvin was born on 1/17/1937 in Honolulu
Calvin attended Kaimuki High School where he was a student body officer vice president as a junior and treasurer as a senior
In October of 1954 Calvin returned to Kaimuki High after training on the mainland in the Air Guard Reserves
In February of 1960 Calvin was the lone male in a freshman class of 42 at the Queen's Hospital School of Nursing.
Calvin Married Mildred S Maeda in 1963
Both Calvin and Mildred graduated from Queen's Hospital School of Nursing and attended the University of Hawaii the past year before being married and were registered nurses at Queens.
Calvin was a member of the 154th fighter group Hawaii Air National Guard.
Calvin and Mildred had 2 children:
Laura Ann Ichinose born 3/28/67 and Donna Lynn Ichinose born 4/29/65.
In addition to being an Air force Veteran Calvin was vice-president of Queens Medical Center and Administrator of Molokai General Hospital. In his retirement he enjoyed golfing and traveling to many places in the United States and Japan. He passed away at home on September 16, 2024 in Honolulu.

Wendy Leiko who has passed (spouse Louis and 2 children)
Marjory was a graduate of the University of Hawaii and retired secretary for the YWCA. She passed away on June 3rd 2022 in Pearl City. Paul is currently Retired.
